INFRASTRUCTURE

To march ahead in today’s highly competitive market, the entire infrastructure has been revamped & state of the art imported & reputed indigenous mother machinery has been added. We have a well equipped machine shop which consists of precision imported machines like Czechoslovakian TOS Gear Shaper, Romanian CUGIR Gear Hobbing, American LANDIS Cylindrical Grinder, German RABOMA Radial Drilling Machine, American LEBLOND Lathes along with other precision Lathe Machines including HMT Lathe, Milling Machine, Slotting cum Milling, Shaping Machines & Heavy Duty Planers. So, now we have complete in-house manufacturing & testing facilities except Heat Treatment of Gears & Work Spindles which we get done from the local UNDP assisted Institute For Machine Tools Technology.

To obtain quality & Graded Castings, we have got our own Foundry Unit and the Casting is done under the able guidance of foundry experts.
